In Memory of Peter McGlynn
In October 2024, Tir Chonaill Gaels organized the annual Peter McGlynn Tournament in memory of Peter, a former member of the club. The event was a great success with almost 400 kids participating in various age categories. GAA legend Bernard Brogan was present to award the winners. Special thanks were given to individuals for their contributions, including the Manor Butchery for the BBQ and Eileen McHugh, Martha Doherty, and Esther Noone for their dedicated work in running the Tuck Shop for many years.

The Peter McGlynn Tournament 2024 was a memorable event with mixed teams competing in different age groups. The presence of Bernard Brogan, a former Dublin footballer and seven-time All Ireland winner, added prestige to the tournament.
