BIOGRAPHY Born: 11 January 1957 to Zachariah and Yunniah Mugaya at Kagiyo Village, Nabiswera Sub county, present day Nakasongola formerly Luwero District - Started P1 at Nabiswera Primary School in 1965 and completed P7 in Kasaka Primary Schoo in Kanoni Gomba district in 1972 - He joined Old Kampala secondary school in 1973, completing his O’level in 1976 - In 1977 he joined St. Joseph’s Technical College Kisubi studying plumbing for two years - Worked in Uganda Breweries Luzira before going to exile in Nairobi 1982 due to the increasing insecurity in Uganda - He stayed in Kenya for 17 years working as a tutor in various technical schools and later qualified as an engineering technician at Strathmore college. He is well known as a good tutor in the Kenyan vocational training field - During his time in Nairobi he was also actively interested in the political activities of the Ugandan exile community - In 1999 he returned to Uganda and engaged in private business until his death in 2025.

I BELIEVE in God, the Father almighty, creator of heaven and earth. I believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord. He was conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. was crucified, died, and was buried. He descended to the dead. On the third day he rose again. He ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen.
