2025 Taiwan Education Fair – From Campus Dreams to Global Careers: A Collaborative Initiative by UB, TEC Philippines, and TECO

Key highlights

• A collaborative effort led by the University of Baguio in partnership with the Taiwan Education Center Philippines and the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TECO) to broaden international opportunities for graduates. The fair features nine Taiwanese universities and presents options such as scholarships, internships, degree programs, Mandarin courses, and direct university consultations, underscoring Taiwan as a premier study destination with a welcoming and technologically advanced environment. The event aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Quality Education (SDG 4), Decent Work and Economic Growth (SDG 8), and Partnerships for the Goals (SDG 17).
• The program includes a sequence of formal activities: opening and welcome remarks, messages from university and government representatives, presentation of appreciation certificates, and sessions highlighting research and innovation in Taiwan. There will also be a focus on understanding study opportunities in Taiwan through talks and a Q&A forum, followed by booth consultations and networking with participating universities.
• Participating institutions include Chang Gung University and China Medical University, among others such as National Dong Hwa University and Taipei Medical University. These universities are recognized for their strong programs across medicine, engineering, management, and related fields, reflecting Taiwan’s blend of traditional culture and modern education. The fair emphasizes Taiwan’s safe, inclusive environment and availability of English-taught courses to support international students seeking quality higher education.
