DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION SECRETARY As we close School Year 2024-2025, I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to our learners, teachers, school staff, parents, and partners who have been part of this shared journey. This year's theme, Henerasyon ng Pagkakaisa: Kaagapay ng Bagong Pilipinas, underscores our collective eftort in strengthening our education system to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving world. I have seen this commitment firsthand in my visits to schools across the country. I have met learners who wake up before dawn to walk kilometers to learn, teachers who go beyond their duty, and parents who sacrifice to provide their children with better opportunities. These realities push us to craft enduring reforms. Through the 5-Point Reform Agenda, we have taken concrete steps to address classroom shortage, strengthen our workforce by filling critical personnel, accelerate digitalization, enrich career pathways, and implement policies that lead to lasting systemic improvements. We opened the doors of our offices and schools to our partners in the private sector to make all of these happen. Beyond solving existing challenges, we are also spearheading the groundwork for a future-ready education system. Our goal is not just about an uptick in numbers. Our goal is for every Filipino child, no matter where they are, to have the opportunity for learning, growth, and success. To our teachers and school staff, your dedication is the foundation of this transformation. Your hope and hard work are the reason we are making progress. To parents and guardians, your support at home shapes the aspirations of our learners and inspires them to strive for more. To our students, you are the heart of everything we do. Your dreams fuel our drive to make education better and more inclusive. And to our graduates and completers of SY 2024-2025, congratulations! You are the generation that binds all of us together. As you step into the next chapter of your lives, bring with you the values of perseverance, resourcefulness, and compassion that define us as Filipinos. As we move forward, DepEd, under the administration of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., remains committed to raising the quality of education, strengthening governance, ensuring that our youth reach their full potential. With an unyielding commitment to equity, we will build a stronger, more inclusive education system for generations to come. Maraming salamat at mabuhay ang edukasuon ng Bagong Pilipinas!

DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION REGIONAL DIRECTOR To our dear graduates, dedicated educators, supportive parents, and valued partners in education-warmest greetings! Graduation is not just a milestone; it is a celebration of your perseverance, passion, and unwavering commitment to learning. It marks the completion of one chapter and the exciting beginning of new aspirations and opportunities. But behind this achievement are the teachers who guided you, the families who stood by you, and the entire community that supported you along the way. This year's theme, "Henerasyon ng Pagkakaisa: Kaagapay sa Bagong Pilipinas," emphasizes the strength of unity in building a better nation. It calls on you, the graduates of today, to step forward as changemakers, embracing diversity, fostering collaboration, and working together to create a brighter future. Progress is never the result of a single effort but of a shared vision and collective determination to uplift our country. As John F. Kennedy once said, "As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them." Your education is your greatest power, the foundation that will help you shape your dreams and contribute to the progress of our nation. Use it not just for personal success, but to uplift those around you. True strength lies in the choices you make, in your resilience in the face of challenges, and in your willingness to make a difference. Batch 2025, you are a generation of visionaries, driven, resilient, and united in purpose. You carry the hopes of a nation, the courage to innovate, and the passion to lead. The future is in your hands, embrace it with wisdom, integrity, and a heart for service. Congratulations once again! May you continue to rise, inspire, and shape a future filled with promise and progress. Mabuhay ang Henerasyon ng Pagkakaisa! Mabuhay ang Bagong Pilipinas! Mabuhay ang Batch 2025!

SCHOOLS DIVISION SUPERINTENDENT It is both an honor and privilege to extend my heartfelt congratulations on the occasion of the End-of-School-Year Rites for the academic year 2024-2025. We celebrate the remarkable achievements of our Kindergarten Completers, Grade 6 Graduates, Grade 10 Completers, Grade 12 Graduates, and learners from the Alternative Learning System. This moment is a testament to your hard work, dedication, and perseverance throughout the school year. Our theme, "Henerasyon ng Pagkakaisa: Kaagapay sa Bagong Pilipinas," speaks to the spirit of collaboration and unity that has driven our accomplishments this year. It is this spirit that Nelson Mandela highlights when he famously said, "Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world." You are equipped not just with knowledge but with the power to shape and contribute positively to the future of our nation. To our dedicated teachers and school principals, your commitment and passion have been instrumental in guiding these young minds. The late Albert Einstein noted, "It is the supreme art of the teacher to awaken joy in creative expression and knowledge." You continue to awaken this joy in our classrooms, and for that, we are deeply grateful. To the parents and stakeholders, thank you for your invaluable support and partnership. Your belief in our vision and goals has been a crucial element in the success of our learners. Helen Keller once said, "Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much." Together, we have achieved much, and together, we will continue to pursue excellence for the next generations. As we look toward the future, may you, dear graduates and completers, carry forward the lessons of unity and cooperation into your next endeavors. You are not just the hope but the realization of a New Philippines—one that stands strong in unity. Congratulations once again, and may your journey ahead be filled with success and fulfillment.
