SMALL BUSINESS OF THE YEAR The Greater Hudson Chamber of Commerce is pleased to honor Luk’s Bar and Grill as Small Business of the Year for their commitment and service to our community. Luk’s is family owned and operated. It was established June of 2019 and has been rapidly growing year after year. The key to their growth is their tenured, talented staff and listening to their guests’ feedback. Both have inspired them to evolve and recreate themselves in order to provide relevant menu options, a great atmosphere where everyone can unwind, a place to enjoy delicious drinks, and a guarantee that their customers leave with a smile and a full belly. Luk’s Bar and Grill offers weekly specials, with live entertainment from local musical groups to interactive entertainment, like Trivia Night, along with their full-service function room connected to their restaurant. During warmer weather they have an outdoor patio for dining enjoyment. At Luk’s their motto is “Never forget where you came from.” They are extremely grateful and truly humbled by the continuous support the members in the community and surrounding communities show them every day. Luk’s also works closely with the sober community in employing recovering addicts to help get them back on their feet and show them there is a better way of life. Luk’s is a kind caring non-judgmental place to work. They believe in giving back to the community and actively supporting local non -profit organizations, local school clubs and organizations, and hosting fundraising events, all with the heart as caring partners of the community. Luk’s owners and team held a holiday supply drive for deployed soldiers, as well as helped raise money for a local girl with cancer and as well as the BMAC foundation. They silently go above and beyond truly caring for anyone and everyone that needs help, extending it personally lending helping hands to their work family. It cannot be overlooked the dedication the team at Luk’s Bar and Grill showed to the students in the community during the pandemic in 2020. Even as the restaurant industry was facing immense challenges, they stepped up and offered thousands of free lunches to help families, as children were out of school and many families struggled to manage during that difficult time. Luk’s Bar and Grill of Hudson continues to stand out as a compassionate community supporter, encouraging a successful and supportive work environment that they consider family. It is because of their dedication and commitment to the community that they are being awarded the Small Business of the Year. 9
