Summary of "Godine Banimi"

Introduction

The concept of the building revolves around a regular cuboid structure supported by columns. The first floor is dedicated to businesses, followed by two extensions for balconies and a terrace that also serves as a balcony. The placement of windows and their monochromatic painting adds dynamism to the building's color scheme.

Project Design

The project features a color palette of gray, white, and black, with the external material of the facade being Paris blue tulle. The design aims to create a dynamic and modern look for the building.

Site Location

The building is situated near a roundabout close to Pazari i Ri, bordered by the main road of Rr. Luigj Gurakuqi and the secondary road Rr. Xhorxhi Martini. The location offers strategic visibility and accessibility for the residents and visitors.
