Rishi Sunak Becomes British Prime Minister

Britain welcomes its first Asian-origin Prime Minister, Rishi Sunak, who also becomes the first Indian-origin British Premier. Sunak, a former chancellor of the exchequer, made a high-stakes gamble in the leadership contest and will be the youngest person to hold the office in over 200 years. Cyclone Sitrang: IMD Issues Red Alert for Four North-East States
