We work in collaboration with a team of specialised professionals comprised of registered architects, chartered structural & civil engineers, chartered building services engineers, chartered quantity surveyors and certified project managers to provide our client a full-fledged service under one unified construction firm in Mauritius. Our services start with the coordination process between all parties involved on the project and progressively build towards the production of certified drawings for the application of the Building & Land Use Permit (BLUP). Our team also follows the on-site construction process as part of our engagement towards good construction principles. Site reports are generated after every site visit, which is then bundled as part of a record and tracking system. Our team of chartered and registered professionals ensure that all documents that may be required by the authorities, or the bank for loan purposes, are duly stamped and signed, hence assuring our clients that we guide them till the handing over of their site. Our projects are delivered using the state-of-the-art technology in the construction industry. Your construction project is built within a secured digital environment which benefits the whole team of professionals as sharing and coordinating information now becomes seamless. The 3D model is used by the Quantity Surveyor to provide a sharp measurement of all construction related items and a cost report is attached to our full service package. The client has then the possibility of deciding in real-time, even before engaging the Contractor, on how to optimize his/her investment based on this cost report. We created an app that has only just started off as a business directory for all businesses in Mauritius. The idea is to bring all entrepreneurs on one platform which is accessible for all Mauritians to download for free (yup, free) and be one step closer to communicating with those businesses. Our goal is to evolve the app with time where we can start connecting more and more users through the ease of technology. The app does not require any sign-in from our users. Our fund-raising projects are geared towards the protection, education and self-development of orphans in Mauritius.
